Hyperlite Bindings - Get some Binding Help

Normally if you have a problem with your Hyperlite Bindings you should contact the dealer where you purchased your bindings. They should be able to contact HL and get an RA(return authorization) for your bindings. If they know that your bindings are beyond repair they might switch out the damaged bindings and just replace them with a pair from the store inventory. If you bought the bindings from a non-authorized dealer then you might have some problems getting your bindings repaired. If this is the case I would contact Hyperlite directly and see if they can offer you some assistance. We would always recommend that you get your Hyperlite bindings from an authorized dealer.
Over the past years we have seen problems with bindings from something as little as a lace stop breaking to bindings that separate complete from the footbed. So each and every warranty case is taken one pair of bindings at a time. If you have a problem we suggest that you take a digital picture of the problem and contact your dealer. If they are online just email them a picture along with your order number and they should be able to contact Liquid Force with the provided information and get your warranty started. If you bought from your local shop bring the bindings to the dealer and explain to them what the problem is with the bindings. Make sure you have a receipt for the purchase. Online dealers should be able to locate your order.
